Academic Editorial Roles
Professor Chen serves on the editorial board of the Chinese Journal of Thoracic Surgery, the Chinese Journal of Anatomy and Clinical Medicine, Tumor (Chinese Journal), and the Chinese Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery and associate editor-in-chief for Current Challenges in Thoracic Surgery.
He also acts as a reviewer for the Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology and the Chinese Journal of Lung Cancer. Additionally, Professor Chang serves as an invited reviewer for various journals, including Ann Thorac Surg and Eur J Cardiothorac Surg.

Professor Chang Chen has published more than 200 SCI papers with a total impact factor of over 1500. These publications include authoritative journals in the field such as J Clin Oncol (IF=45.3), Signal Transduct Tar (IF39.3), Mol Cancer (IF=37.3), Eur Respir J (IF=24.3), J Thorac Oncol (IF=20.4), Science Transl Med (IF=17.1), and JAMA Surg (IF=16.9).
Throughout his career, he has always aimed for the highest integrity towards clinical data, as he strongly advocates evidence-based medicine, rigorously pursues high-level evidence, continuously publishes research articles in high-impact journals, and actively promotes wide dissemination of research information in a timely, accurate and scientific manner.
